Effect

A Berry to be consumed by Pokémon. If a Pokémon holds one, it can restore its own HP by a small amount during battle.

Pokémon Champions · Gen 4–9

When the holder's HP falls to 1/2 of its max HP or less, it restores 1/4 of its max HP (single use).

Example: with 175 max HP, it restores 43 HP (rounded down).

Gen 3

At the end of a turn, if the holder's HP is 1/2 of its max HP or less, it restores 30 HP (single use).
