IV Calculator
Enter the Pokémon, level, nature, and each stat's EVs and actual value to reverse the IVs.
| Stat | Base | EVs | Actual | IV |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| HP | 108 | — | ||
| Atk | 130 | — | ||
| Def | 95 | — | ||
| SpA | 80 | — | ||
| SpD | 85 | — | ||
| Spe | 102 | — |
Enter the in-game stat values. EVs are 0 if untrained. Ranges show multiple candidates; 31 = perfect.
How IVs are calculated back
The stat formula is solved for the IV. When several IVs produce the same stat, the result is shown as a range. Higher levels make a single IV point visible in the stat, so checking at Lv50 or Lv100 narrows it down fastest.
FAQ
What are IVs?
A hidden value from 0 to 31 fixed per individual Pokémon, set separately for each of the six stats. 31 is the maximum, and it is why two Pokémon of the same species and level can have different stats.
Can I work out IVs from the stats shown in game?
Yes, as long as you know the species, level, nature and EVs. At low levels several IVs can give the same stat, so the answer may only be a range.
Does it work if I have already put EVs in?
Yes — enter the EVs you have invested and they are subtracted in the formula. EVs only affect the stat in steps of 4, so an inaccurate EV entry will shift the result.
